What is a Photo Ticket?You will be given a Photo Ticket after having your ID photo taken at Kitamura. It contains the information required to make copies or download the image.
To order photo copies, complete the free membership registration process.
After logging into the dedicated members page, you can order photo copies by entering the ID and passcode printed on the Photo Ticket, so be careful not to lose it.
Your ID photo will be stored in the cloud for one year from the date it is taken (up to "expiration date of image" printed on the Photo Ticket).

* Please be advised that we will not re-issue the Photo Ticket if you lose it.
* If the photo data is on a CD-R, please bring it to a store and ask if photo copies can be made using the data on the CD-R.
The charge for the photo copy service is the total of the cost for making photo copies and the shipping cost based on the payment methods shown below:

ID photos taken at Kitamura can be reshot many times until you are satisfied, and you can make as many copies as often as you like! Different sizes, background colors and photo paper options are also available! * Only changes to certain sizes available.
Please compared to using an unsatisfactory photo taken in a photobooth. In the long run, it is more economical and efficient to have a great photo taken at Kitamura and use the copy service!
You can order photo copies either at a store or online.
Please keep the Photo Ticket you received after the ID photo was taken. You will need the ID and passcode printed on the Ticket to order copies. The Photo Ticket will let you order as many copies as often as you like for 1 year, and avoid accidental deletion of the data if you stored it on your own.

Kitamura has more than 600 stores nationwide. You can order and receive copies at any store. Home delivery service is available for online ordering!
When you are away from home and need copies immediately for job application and so on, this convenient service enables you to order them via the Internet and receive them at a nearby store.
